Cross Country Club

This club will be in preparation for the Adams 12 district cross country meet that will be held on October 4. Students will practice their pacing and running form through multiple cardiovascular endurance activities. This club is by invite only for the top 4th and 5th grade runners in the school.  If you think Coach S. made a mistake and you feel your student is a top mile runner but did not get invited please send him a message.
