I'm originally from Kansas where I grew up in a military family and was fortunate enough to travel the world. I graduated from Kansas State Univeristy in 1992 with a masters degree in speech language pathology. I have worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, rehab centers and schools and have experience in a variety of areas in my field. I have been here at MVES since 2006. I currently work with students from preschool to fifth grade and specialize in deaf and hard of hearing as well as assistive technology. I am also the yearbook editor.
When I'm not at school you can find me hanging out with my husband, son, daughter or my therapy dog "Raz". We enjoy hiking, camping, paddle boarding and traveling. We also love watching sports, especially football!!!
