I've been involved with Deaf Education since 1987. I worked at a private school for the Deaf in Massachusetts, The Learning Center for Deaf Children, in middle school for 6 years.
I then moved back to Colorado and started my family. I have been married for 31 years and we have a son who is a bankruptcy lawyer in Cincinnati and a daughter who is living in LA and working in the Film industry.
I taught in Jefferson County at Jefferson High School for 6 years in the Deaf Ed department. I then moved north and taught American Sign Language in two Boulder Valley Schools for 2 years.
I am thrilled to be back at Legacy for my thirteenth year and very excited to be teaching for my second year at Mountain View as the Deaf and Hard of Hearing English Language Development teacher!
